The Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is a ½ mile wooden boardwalk along a natural saltwater estuary located in the greater Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina. It is comprised of 8 restaurants that boast beautiful waterfront dining along the Grand Strand. Each restaurant serves Lowcountry cuisine, seafood, and steaks.
The Marsh Walk has upwards of 8+ main events that are hosted throughout the year. Here are some of the print posters, banners, and digital designs created for some of their events—75 Days of summer being the most recent.
An event logo was requested for their first-ever Restaurant Week. The design needed to represent the event, display the date and time, and include all participating restaurants. I needed to keep a rustic feel based on the current logo and branding style while not favoring any specific restaurant.
The Marsh Walk had been running the same online ads for over a year and was in need of a brighter, more attractive design. While the boardwalk is a celebratory location filled with bars and boats, it's also a 'family' attraction. I created these ads to brighten up the mood and point out those key elements that make the Marsh Walk memorable.
